What is “Blocked Booking”, why is it Important to organize one?

Blocked booking is when several organizations unite together to split the cost of the total booking fee. This will make it easier for Rhythm/ Soul to make a trip to your community and more cost effective for each organization involved.

Start by contacting other presenters in your area and asking them if they would like to have a Positive Thinking Show or Dance Workshop for their community. Work out dates and how travel expenses will be divided between you all.

What are travel expenses?

Travel expense include transportation, lodging, and per diem.

What is the cost of a Performance/ workshop?

Our fees may vary depending upon how far we have to travel, the cost of travel, and the length of time we are booked to perform.

How much space is needed for the show?

8ft x 8ft or larger is preferred, but we can perform in virtually any space.

Do you perform outside?

Only if the weather is accomodating.

Do you need any special requirements?

We bring all the equipment that we will need for the show. Set Up usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.

What age groups or demographics are your shows aimed to target?

Our shows are mainly directed toward children in elementary school, middle school, and high school, but the principles of not bullying and thinking positive are universal and applicable to all.
