Blocked booking is when several organizations unite together to split the cost of the total booking fee. This will make it easier for Rhythm/ Soul to make a trip to your community and more cost effective for each organization involved.
Start by contacting other presenters in your area and asking them if they would like to have a Positive Thinking Show or Dance Workshop for their community. Work out dates and how travel expenses will be divided between you all.
Travel expense include transportation, lodging, and per diem.
Our fees may vary depending upon how we far we have to travel, the cost of travel, and the length of time we are booked to perform.
8ft x 8ft or larger is preferred, but we can perform in virtually any space.
Only if the weather is accomodating.
We bring all the equipment that we will need for the show. Set Up usually takes 5 to 10 minutes.
We always include a per diem expense in our fees to cover food, but we will absolutely not turn down the kind gesture of a complimentary meal.
Our shows are mainly directed toward children in elementary school, middle school, and high school, but the principles of not bullying and thinking positive are universal and applicable to all.
We do not have a physical office, but we can always be reached by phone, email, or on Facebook.
Tyler and Terrance are professional dancers who have had appearances on Showtime At The Apollo, America's Best Dance Crew,So You Think You Can Dance, and several music videos.
Our preferred payment methods are cash, credit, check, or money order.
